10 Flat Belly Tricks

I saw a great article today on Yahoo that gave ten flat belly tricks.  I liked the article so much that I’m sharing it with you: CLICK HERE.  I found trick number 10 about the laughing to be very unusual.  But if it helps to get and keep a flat tummy, then I’m all for it.  Besides, don’t you want to laugh on you way to a healthy body?  It’s not always about sweating it out.

Weight Loss Tips You Are Not Trying

I saw an article today on the Shine blog that talked about eight of the weight loss tips that you are not trying.  The list includes such things as:

  • only drinking tea and water
  • avoiding low fat diets
  • using cinnamon to flavor your food
  • adding more weight to your weight training workout
  • eating with chopsticks

Some of these I have heard of before, but I had not heard about using chopsticks.  That sounds like an exercise in frustration.  Or maybe I’ll lose weight because I can’t get the food in my mouth.  ;-)

These two exercises will flatten that tummy in no time, OK, it might take a few weeks, but if you do these two things for three weeks, you should see a difference.  You will probably feel a difference within a few days.

I happened to see an article on Fitbie today that gives 20 great tips to help you blast away belly fat.  That’s exactly what most of us want to do, so I’m passing the information along.  I found the tip about not using a straw kind of odd, but I really liked the one about adding some heat and spice to your food.  I also found the tip about getting more sleep to be an interesting way to help you get a flat tummy.  You can see the full article by clicking HERE.
