Weight Loss Tips You Are Not Trying

I saw an article today on the Shine blog that talked about eight of the weight loss tips that you are not trying.  The list includes such things as:

  • only drinking tea and water
  • avoiding low fat diets
  • using cinnamon to flavor your food
  • adding more weight to your weight training workout
  • eating with chopsticks

Some of these I have heard of before, but I had not heard about using chopsticks.  That sounds like an exercise in frustration.  Or maybe I’ll lose weight because I can’t get the food in my mouth.  😉
